The men visiting a nearby Himba village to engage in a trance dance, the women of the village invited us inside their hut.

They were very friendly towards us, asking more questions from us than we could ask them. With the guide interpreting from Herero, we learned that they were very curious about us not being married. According to a critic of this photo at PhotoSig, the boy's protusion appears to be an unchecked umbilicle hernia, which would require medical care.
